It is easy to make as written but also is great for adding in whatever extra vegetables you may have in the garden or fridge. I’ve added broccoli, peppers, zucchini, or carrots and always love the results. If I add a lot of veggies, I do cut back on the pasta so it all fits in the pan. I also like to add a little monterey jack cheese on top right before serving. So delicious!

It was incredible! Money has been tight and I haven’t gotten take out in ages and sesame chicken was always my favorite. The first time I made this it brought me to tears. But for the future, could I cut down on the brine liquid? It seems to be LOTS more than it needs. I could have easily put twice as much chicken into the recommended amount of liquid and still had it be well covered.
